Stress can help you get things done and does not affect everybody the same way. Some symptoms of stress are faster heart rates, sweating, dry mouth, frequent need to urinate, etc. Some causes of stress could be: Starting a new Job or school, moving to a new home, getting married, having a child, etc. Also, an injury to a friend or loved one can also cause stress. Some drugs that may cause or worsen the symptoms of stress are: Inhaler medicines used to treat asthma, thyroid drugs, diet pills and cold remedies. Caffeine, cocaine, alcohol and tobacco products can also cause stress.
