WHY DO WE NEED TO KNOW ABOUT STRESS??
It's important for people to know about stress because we want to understand how it affects the body, yet each person reacts and handles stresses differently. The worse we handle stress, the more it affects the body. When we are stressed we hold our body tense and this cuts down the body's ability to function properly, the more tense and the longer, the worse the body is going to react to it, that is in body parts are not operating properly because the tenseness has slowed down the flow of nutrients to body parts. When they don't function properly that can lead to other health problems.
